- Select the type of ration card.
- Fill all the essential details in application form i.e. head of family name, father and mother name, annual income, gas connection details etc.
- Upload Photograph & id proof’s copy.
- Mention the occupation, annual income, temporary address, enter the permanent address
- Applicants must do signature at the bottom right side of the application form.
At last, carry the duly filled fresh ration card application form along with essential documents to the Meeseva centre.
