The Karnataka State Police Department will conduct Written, ET-PST, Viva, Medical Exams for KSRP Selection List. Hall Ticket will be essential for all KSRP Exams.
KSRP will organize a written test for SRPC & PC-IRB. Candidates need KSRP Constable Call Letter for this examination. Aside, SRSI ET/PST for Sub-Inspector is also scheduled.
Candidates must remember the date, time, and venue for KSRP. In the previous recruitment, the department re-scheduled ET/PST for a few locations. Hence, candidates downloaded the admit cards according to the latest timetable. Check regular updates at KSRP Portal.

KSP had invited online applications in Karnataka KSRP HK & NHK Police Department. Candidates can apply for SRPC Constable, PC-IRB, and Sub-Inspector (SRSI) under these vacancies.
Huge applicants have submitted the form and generated the Registered ID. Now, Using this ID, they will download ET/PST, Written Test Call Letter, as and when available.
As usual, KSP will upload the exam call letter in My Application login. Downloading of the same will be in the candidate’s hand. Kindly attend KSRP as per the schedule mentioned in the call letter without fail.

- Follow the status link according to the application.
- Click on My Application.
- Login with KSRP Application Number, Date of Birth.

KSRP Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2020
This is about the selection exams for Karnataka Special Reserve Police. The KSRP has called for candidates for recruitment. There are various stages i.e Written, Physical Test, Medical, Viva/Interview. Check the syllabus for PET/PST & Written below:-
#1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Endurance Test (ET) – For Direct Candidates (Excluding Ex. Servicemen)
- Running: 2 KMs in 10 Minutes.
- High Jump: 1.20 Meters in 03 Jumps only /Long Jump: 3.80 Meters in 03 Chances only.
- Shotput (7.26 Kg): 5.60 Mtrs in 03 Chances only.
Endurance Test (ET) – For Ex. Servicemen
- Running: 400Mtrs in 02 Minutes.
- Long Jump: 02.50 Mtrs in 03 Attempts only OR High Jump: 0.90 Mtrs in 03 Attempts only.
- Shotput (4 Kg): 3.75 Mtrs in 03 Attempts only.

#3. KSRP Written Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2020
- The KSRP written examination will be of 100 marks.
- The KSRP will provide 1 Hour 30 Minutes to answer Multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- For the correct answer, you will get 01 marks. But the wrong one will deduct 0.25 marks as an effect of negative marking.

For better preparation, candidates are advised to practice the previous question papers. It will give them a brief idea of the type of questions asked in KSRP Examinations.
Guidelines for Karnataka KSRP Exam Date, Call Letter 2020
- Kindly be present at the exam centre before reporting time.
- If the exam location/venue is far from your place, consider staying at a nearby place in a day advance to avoid long travel.
- Before the exam, ensure that you have equipped the required things that include the KSRP Hall Ticket, a photo identity proof (Passport/Aadhar ID/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook) with the recognized passport size photograph.
- Also, Carry the Caste/Region Certificate (if mentioned in instructions).
- Don’t bring prohibited items such as Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Books, Study Notes, Calculators inside the exam venue.
- Due to a huge crowd in the KSRP Exams, we recommend not to carry expensive items in the exam centers.
