KSISF Physical Exam Pattern (Constable-PC) 2020
The candidates need to be physically fit if they have applied for the Karnataka’s renowned Police Exam (KSISF) for Constable, SI or any other vacancies. Soon the recruiter will finalize suitable grounds and written test venues to manage ET/PST & OMR/Online Examinations. Hence, Candidates are required to meet the following standards if they are going to appear in the upcoming physical exams of KSISF Authority.
#1. Endurance Test (ET) – Running:-
For Male – 2 km Run within 10 minutes.
For Ex-servicemen & Females – 400 Mtrs run within 2 minutes.
#2. Physical Standard Test (PST):-
The Minimum Requirements and Measures for Height, Chest, and Weight are:
(i) For Height:
- Men Direct Candidates – 170 cm.
- Men Direct Tribal – 155 cm.
- Women Direct Candidates – 158 cm.
- Women Direct Tribal – 150 cm.
(ii) For Chest :
- 86 cm minimum of 5 cm expansion for direct applicants.
- 75 cm and minimum 5 cm for tribal candidates.
(iii) Weight:
For women, weight is 45 kg.
#3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):-
High Jump – 20 Mtrs for Male & 0.90 Mtrs for Female.
Long Jump – 3.80 Mtrs for Male and 2.50 Mtrs for Female.
