AP EAMCET Web Counselling Procedure 2020 Registration & Document Verification

AP EAMCET Counselling 2020 Start Date is 23rd October 2020. The qualified candidates who have cleared the APEAMCET Exam 2020 have to apply at Official Website www.apeamcet.nic.in by Registration, Upload of Documents, Payment of Counselling Fees. After that, there will be Choice filling. Before Exercising Options (starting filling up of choices) Candidates need to complete their registration & get their Document Verification done Online (or Offline by Visiting the Help Centres for those candidates whose documents are not complete), failing which candidate will not be considered for allotment of seat. The Seat Allotment Result Letter will be available in October 2020. Then seat confirmation will be done by the candidates online & at the end of counselling Result, there will be Physical Reporting by all candidates in the allotted college.

• APEAMCET-2020 Hall Ticket.
• APEAMCET-2020 Rank card.
• Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
• Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate.
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
• Transfer Certificate ( T.C.)
• Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
• Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
• EWS certificate valid for the year 2020-21 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
• Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2017 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parents name have to be reflected in the
  ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement.
• Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
• Candidates claiming reservation under NCC/Sports/ PH/ CAP shall bring the original certificates.
• Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June2021 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

After Certificate Verification Candidates will get a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres (or Online permission for choice filling to candidates who will get their certificates verified Online) based on which candidate can proceed for Exercising Option for their preferred colleges.

• Submit the Counselling Fees Online.
• After Submitting the Fees Registration Number & Login Id Number will be provided through SMS.
• After that Complete your Document Verification Process.
• Then Fill Application Number, Hall Ticket No., Rank & Date of Birth of the applied candidate to complete the registration.
• Press on the generate password button to generate the password.
• Go for the Exercising Options (Fill Choices according to your preference). Then take the printout of your filled Details for future reference.
